SEVA-STORE operate a generous 14day returns policy starting from the day you place your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) simply return the item(s) to our address as listed on the invoice supplied with your order and we will organise an exchange or refund depending on what you would like to do.

Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for returned products whilst in transit and we advise that all items are returned using a trackable and recorded service.

You will receive a refund conformation email when your product has been refunded. Refunds can take up to 2 to 14 business days to show up on your bank statement/PayPal.

Returns for all our abroad customers are to be made with a transportation service of the customer's choice. The customer will be charged with transportation fees as well. 

We strongly recommend that you contact us via telephone or email in prior to the return, so that we can inform you fully on the process and returns policy.
